Celeste & Associates has represented buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions since 1976.  While we have focused our residential activity on the Tri-Village area of Columbus, we have successfully represented our clients throughout Central Ohio (including German Village, Victorian Village, Italian Village, Grandview, Bexley, Columbus, Dublin, Upper Arlington, Worthington, Hilliard, Westerville and New Albany).  Read what past clients have had to say about our personal attention to their needs.  Commercial activity has included both sales and leasing. Development
Celeste & Associates has assisted in the development of several guesthouses in Florida and New Mexico.  Our services included budget development, marketing planning, and facilitating the purchase and redevelopment efforts.  We have had additional experience at restoring and rehabbing older properties in several of the urban neighborhoods of Columbus.  We are presently involved with a new development of townhomes in Grandview.

Consulting
Celeste & Associates has been involved in a number of transactions as a consultant, offering our marketing expertise, knowledge of recent sales activity, and understanding of the negotiation process.
